Do you accept factory inspections by clients?

We welcome customers or third-party inspection agencies to visit our factory. With 3 days advance notice, we can arrange complete inspection procedures.

How are quality disputes handled?

For quality issues, please provide photos/videos of defects within 48 hours of receipt. After confirmation, we will prioritize replacements or issue proportional refunds.

What special features do you offer for bakery industry containers?

Using "high-edge + wave-pattern" structures to improve dough adhesion, with baking temperature resistance increased to 300°C (short-term tolerance).

Can your technical team assist with customer complaint resolution?

Our technical team responds to complaints within 12 hours, providing complete evidence including material test reports and production batch tracking records.

Do you accept orders for non-English speaking markets?

We support multiple languages including English, Spanish, and Arabic. Labels can be printed with localized compliance markings for target markets.
