Traditional aluminum foil container printing often causes blurred edges on curved surfaces. We introduced high-precision flexographic printing, pre-compensating for distortion during plate-making, and performed parallel sampling for all six designs.
Result: razor-sharp fine fonts with exceptional color fidelity.
The client’s sensory team is highly sensitive to foreign scents. We deployed solvent-free lamination with food-grade water-based inks, using no organic solvents, and added a food-grade pure aluminum inner lining.
